Is it better to get multiple quotes or put out a tender for a self-build project?

I would get 3 quotes  that’s all you need preflaby someone that could do the whole job thereselves or have all trades at hand

Good morning.. Both ways have advantages and disadvantages
Personally myself I would keep it all. Under 1 roof or 1 project manager.
Just what ever you do make sure you get 3 quotes for comparison..

I would hire a builder to do the whole project, this way all the trades are working under him and he will know them personally
