For a light clean, sprinkle some baking soda/ bicarbonate of soda onto the mattress, leave for a while (maybe an hour or two) then hoover off. This will absorb most sweat/ liquids and odours. Can be used right away once done.

For a deeper clean, you can use any disinfectant or any spray of your choosing, and use a wet/ dry hoover to dry it faster. Otherwise, you'll have to leave it to sun-dry/ air dry for agessss.

You can also soak a towel in a fabric softer mix with soap and vinegar then get a warm iron cover it with the towel then go over the mattress it will clean it and keep it fresh.
