what is the best way to clean windows without streaking?

How do you avoid getting streaks on the windows when cleaning them? I've tried both readymade and homemade cleaners and I keep getting marks.

"One of the ways to avoid streaks on windows. It's using an old newspaper or papers to wipe through the window after cleaning and it leaves windows sparkling clean"

"White vinegar and Newspaper. Clean with a damp cloth, applying the white vinegar, then 'buff' dry with scrunched up newspaper."

"A microfiber cloth is ideal, but a gentle and clean paper towel can also work. Rub from multiple directions to help avoid streaking. If you find that you still have streaks after you've cleaned your window, rinse with clear water to help remove any of the remaining cleaning solutions."

"A product with white wine vinegar combined with a dry lint free cloth should leave windows streak free, if nothing else, dry scrunched newspaper also helps remove streaks."
