How can I know for sure that Baxi genuine parts are used for my heating system?

Genuine Baxi part will be in its original package and must be bought from Baxi parts stockists who will give you a guarantee, it is better to allow your gas Engineer to purchase it

Baxi parts that are genuine will have a sticker on the packaging with the Baxi badge and genuine parts underneath, also the sticker will have the part number, what the product is. They come directly from Baxi stockists, usually Wolseley or similar
