House renovation

I am renovating a small 2 bed terrace house. There are numerous repairs required. These include roof and chimney repairs (stripping slates adding weather barrier and refitting), ground floor repair / renovation and damp tanking (floor joists rotted at front wall), kitchen door move (to existing window) / wall alteration (RSJ) and new fit units, bathroom new fit, new windows / doors (6 windows, front and rear door, 1 small velux), possible rewiring, yard wall demolition and rebuild, free standing garage demolition and removal. I am currently looking for quotes for works required. How much generally should I expect to pay? High and low estimate?? Cheers

"Place your job on here, you will then get a quote. It all depends on the budget you have available and the area the property is in."

"Most builders would need to come and have a look at the job before hand as you can never tell before actually looking. I hope this helps."

"Hello,
It depends on the size of the rooms that need to be modified, I can come around and have a look if you wish. After I will be able to give you an exact price.

Cheers"

"It’s hard to say without seeing the site but £25-£35,00"

"Can't tell you all of the prices unfortunately. I do renovations and have just paid £3100 for 8 Windows and 1 composite door. A proper electrician will not put new lights/switches onto an old board so a re-wire would be needed. My guy is £2500 all in to re-wire a 2 bed.
Not sure if this helps."

"Hi looking at this type of work I would be expecting you to pay around £25-£35k
You would also need to speak to the local council in regards to the renovation
And if you are re-wiring then this would also need a certificate once complete."
