Hot water temperature from combi boiler

What's the ideal temperature to set the water to on my combi boiler? I think mine is too hot but I don't want to turn it down too low.

"Put you hand on a radiator to gauge temp now
turn down boiler about a quarter turn
Monitor radiators if too cool turn up slowly bit by bit to find best fit

Tip check temp on all radiators especially towel rails if one hotter than others when heating has run for a while turn hottest radiators down slightly then recheck an hour later till all radiators same temp
Slightly cooler upstairs is best"

"Temperature should be what you find comfortable without adding cold water, no point in spending money on gas to heat up water just to put cold in"

"60 degrees is a good temperature. Even if cold water is not mixed with it, it won’t scold you"

"The main consideration is what suits you. The thermostat is there so you can adjust it for comfort. High tempertures will cost more money. So start with the thermsotat in the middle and see if that suits you. If its dosen't then adjust either higher or lower. Once you got it right then leave the thermostat alone. Don't keep running to the thermsotat making adjustments. Have a noice day."

"Ideally to maintain long life for your boiler you may keep the temperature at around 70-85% of the maximum range."

"The temperature should be acceptable to the back of the hand. I would advice setting the temperature around fifty two degrees. There is no point heating water to then cool it back down"
