"Yes it can be. You will need a gas safe engineer to do the work. There maybe other routes too the pipe can be run"

"Yes it can be, but would probably be best to reroute pipe rather than channel into the wall. Hope this helps."

"Yes, gas pipes can be buried in walls, but there are specific regulations and safety measures that need to be followed. Here are some key points to consider:
1. Protection Against Corrosion: The gas pipe must be protected against corrosion. This can be done by wrapping the pipe in a protective material or using a corrosion-resistant pipe.
2. No Compression Fittings: Compression fittings should not be used in places where they cannot be accessed, as they need to be checked for leaks.
3. Ventilation: If the gas pipe is in boxing, then it should be ventilation provided to prevent the build-up of gas in case of a leak.
4. Depth and Position: The chase (the groove in the wall where the pipe is placed) should be of appropriate depth and position to avoid weakening the wall structure.
5. Professional Installation: It is essential to have a qualified gas engineer carry out the installation to ensure all safety regulations are met.
Always consult with a professional before making any modifications to gas pipes in your home. Safety first!"
