Depending on your location, parking restrictions etc you could be charged a minimum of £140 upwards for a full visual inspection and testing. You may find companies who woud do it for next to nothing, just be warned there's always a reason why they do it so cheap!

Depends on what area you live in. i live in n lincs, currently I charge £125 for upto two bedrooms, then £25 per bedroom there after, it would take me approx 3-4 to complete the test, whoever you do choose check that they are registered with there competent person scheme (napit niceic ect) as not all electricains are registered to do this work, meaing you will end up with a worthless cert if anything goes wrong
