Garage Floor Conversion

Hi, I am just converting my garage into a living space by knocking through the internal wall.

I need to raise the garage floor height by about 100mm. Would the cheaper option be joists and floor boards or a screed over insulation?

"Either are ok . you will need to check with building regs in your area , every council are slightly different , its going to need full insulation on walls and ceilings . done a few in the past ."
