Flooding on driveway

My family and I had a new driveway constructed recently but floods keep accumulating each time it rains. Do you know why this might be happening and what can be done about it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"I would guess that there are some low spots and that's why it fills up at those locations they need to be lifted up and relayed, at least level, but better still running away at a slope to let the water run off.

"Hi there it could be numerous problems, I'd go back to whoever laid it and see what way they have planned for your drainage"

"Laid incorrectly, needs lifting and relaying with correct base materials, re-leveled and re-laid"

"Hi,
There should be sufficient fall on the drive for the rain to run off, also if puddles are apparent, this could be due to uneven surface, I hope this helps
Regards,
Phil."

"Hello there, sounds like there is no drainage, may need a soakaway gully drain. A photo would have helped to give a proper solution. Thanks, Robin."

"There could be dips in the driveway or it might need a drain channel fitted to take water away."

"1st is there any drainage on your driveway and is it working? If there is it might be blocked and need cleaning out or it might be old and not big enough for the driveway.
2nd Did the contractor install any drainage system ie water gully or Acco drainage and if so did they install a new soakaway?
If they did not do any of the things above this is why the driveway is flooding.
My advice to you is to ask them if they did any of this if not you will need to install a drainage system with a new soakaway.
Kind regards"

"Obviously it's not got the correct fall on it going into an acoustic drain gulley."
