Fitting a high security door

I would like to replace my current, ordinary timber door with a high-quality steel security door. How much will this replacement job cost if I hire a professional door fitter to perform the job? Will they be able to carry out the removal of the old door or will I need to contact a third party to deal with the waste removal?

You will need to replace door and frame if your going to change to a steel security door your frame will be made of wood and you need this replaced, to be the same as the door. It is quite easy to purchase steel security door including frame, and the fitters for a few extra quid will remove and dispose of the old door.

You can always ask the fitter to dispose of the door. Or there are companies on gumtree that would take it away for approximately £25.00
Latham security doors are very competitive for security doors. Normally doors start around £250 upwards and fitting I would expect to be approximately £125.

Door frame will  need replacing to enable 3 locks steel door operated by one key to be installed, complete with door frame and 3 stainless steel lock door,  £450/ £500 fitted
