Finding a multi-skilled builder

How do I find a good multi-skilled builder? Are there many or do most builders have a specialism these days?

There are some time served builders whom are multi skilled but in general each section of a job requires skilled person whom just does that part of the work and nothing else you just can’t be good at everything

It is possible, a general builder may be able to lay bricks, do the carpentry and plaster 
But when it comes to electrics and plumbing you need a professional within each trade for signing off and safety purposes

The best way to find a multi trade is to ask what services they can offer as you dont want to hire multiple companies to complete work,  after giving them a list of jobs you need completed and what it involves hopefully they will be honest and tell you what they cant do. If you are still unsure ask for photos of previous work completed. I hope this helps as i am a multi trades person. Thanks,

You can find them you just need to ask what they can do and if they use other trades
Thease days you need to use qualifyied trades to do gas installation and electrical work  hope this helps rember just ask most are willing to help
