"A Plumber is a Plumber.
If he/she Hold a Cert for Electric Part P then he/she can do Both.

If you are a Tenant, it is up to the LL to make his/her choices based on Certs.

I Fit Electric Showers and do al the Wiring and Plumbing. I then after Have this Certified by an Electrician who Provides as well as Inspect then leaves you a Certification.
When Fitted... all neds to be Checked Before Usage.

"YES .

A Plumber can on these terms.
Electrics already at the position
A Plumber may also be qualified in Electrics
A Electrician may be competent in Plumbing
A Qualified only Electrician can certificate new electrics in which paperwork would be required.in the case of this he may avoid the waterside of the Installation.
My main 3 questions would be what you are looking for performance in showering or Independent Showering some showers require non direct electrics such as integral power showers.
Please brief me on your requests and i will advise you the product to use at the best possible cost ."

"hi. yes a plumber can wire up the electric shower, its only 3 cables, unless you have no power to the shower unit yet, and would need to run a feed from board"

"A Plumber can replace an existing electric shower. But if you don't have one and want one, I'd get an electrician to run the power cable to the new shower and connect it if the shower is already there."
