My old Everest Garage Door 2004 will not close when I press the switch & the fob. It goes to the top of the frame & no further with the light flashing. It still has power. What could be stopping the electric garage door from closing?

"Sounds like the limits are out. On the motor there's a top and bottom limit switch thats adjusted to suit every roller door so that it stops in the correct position."
