"It really depends if there is already power there or not, you may need an electrician to run a new supply from your consumer unit"

"A new cooker outlet supply and fit+ to connect the cooker it will be £60. It’s a quick and straightforward job. Hope this helps"

"Hi, There are a number of factors involved to be able to give a rough price.
Is there an existing cooker circuit?
If not, you’d need a cable from the fuse board area to the location in the kitchen. Length and difficulty of the cable run and installation.
Does the current fuse board have spare ways and RCD protection.
Is there bonding present to gas and water services

It would be recommended to let someone experienced take a look and advise on options."

"Hi Tracey

Assuming is a straight forward swap out and that the relevant cabling is in place I can’t see it costing much more than £70/£90.

"Estimate will vary deppendant on distance and cable route to fuse board plus the fact if there is a spare way in fuse board"
