Dormer extension

I have a small dormer extension on the roof of my terraced house and would like to extend it so it is flush with the front of the house. Might this be possible? And what would be the average cost?

"Remember a extension cannot always be flush or seamless as it has to look like a extension."

"Yes, this will be possible of course with out having a good look at the job. It is difficult to give an accurate price. I am happy to give you an accurate quote. If you would like to give me a call back company name is KER bespoke class and building contracts. My telephone number is (07927) 391223 and approximate cost would be between £13-£15,000. Please do you remember this is without seeing the job and of course would be dependent on finishings materials and how far forward the dormer window is set back from the front face of the property."

"I don’t think it’s possible to have a roof dormer flush to the front of the house you might not get planning permission but you might be able to extend your dormer side to side and cost for alterations would be around 10k to 15k including materials"

"Would need to know if 2 story house also the size of the new extension. Without this no one can give you a fixed price. As you will need planing building control beforehand alway get a quote not a estimate."

"It is very important to check the building regulations that apply to the building you currently live in.
Because of these standard building regulations that apply to a dwelling, in this case the house you live in
I don't think there will be any major problems.
As for the price of only the material, it all depends on how the expanded space is to be.
The price ranges from £10,000 to as much as £36,000.

"Hi, This can normally be achieved as long as you have the relevant planning permission and a surveyor has completed calculations for the extra load. Cost would be dependent on a number of factors, how far out are you going? What would be the exterior finish. Beams, windows, etc. Also location will play a factor in costing. Hope that helps!"
