Do drainage specialists offer guarantees?

Do most drainage specialists offer a guarantee? What guarantees are usually offered?

All the best contractors offer parts and labour guarantees, although the length of the guarantee may vary.

The only guarantee offered would be a drain camera and the resulting video for your peace of mind.  At least the joints can be checked from the video and the fall to make sure the pipe runs well.

It is impossible to give a guarantee on future blockages, however all remedial excavation work & new installations, yes we definitely guarantee our work against, joints dropping, fall correct, manholes correct etc

We don't offer guarantees as there is too many factors that a drain will block. We can say that is no reason for it to block ie no brakes in pipework no dropped pipes. Ect.

On repair work yes there should be an installation warranty and product warranty depending on what work has been carried out.

Hi Abdul, this is Daniel from Drainology solution ltd.  We only offer guarantees if there is a full clean or descale done after the blockage is cleared. If the client chooses only to clear the blockage but does not agree to clean or descale drains if we recommend then there are no guarantees as we do not know what people throw down their drains i.e wet wipes etc. Hope this helps.
