Dip in tarmac drive

Question

We’ve just had our drive done, tarmac and brick edging, it looks amazing and all but we have a pool of water where we’ve realised it has a dip in the finish.. 
this is incredibly frustrating, what would be the solution to solving this please?

I would ring the company first of all try them see if they will come out and address the problem if not o would be looking for legal whilst finding another company to fix the work

Ring the company that laid the drive and get them to come and repair. That should be at no cost to you as well

Getting back in touch with company who done it as it shouldn’t be left with a dip with new installation

The area would need cutting out where it has dipped, more type one sub base putting in, whackering and re tarmacing.

Hi seems it wernt wacked tidy when completed pretty easy to solve just pull up affected area relay sufficient sand .and relay compact area with wacker plate and a rubber fitting on bottom should

Hi. You could put a soak away there. Or could redo that bit thats sinking to the correct level

To cut out the tarmac and relay with more sand underneath

Unfortunately the best resolution for this would be to lift the tarmac and relay
