How do you price a painting or wallpapering job.
Is this based on day rate or dimensions of place to be decorated?

Price per day as you cannot go to other job half way through the day

Depending on the status of the work, if it a room to be decorated and painted I charges based on day rate  but if its a whole house or larger work I charges based on dimension

Depends on the amount of prep work needed and also dependant on where you live , I generally try and aim to be on about £150 a day after materials.
