Dashing in winter

Could somebody please tell me if mid October is too late to start pebble dashing a house

"It is certainly a little more difficult to predict the weather in October, but anywhere above 5.c should be ok but you'll need dry weather also."

"It’s completely possible to render and dash in the winter frost proofer would need to be used as it gets colder and the weather really does depend as if it is raining it can wash it all away unless you have the facilities to be able to sheet the area down and stop the weather getting to the area then weather isn’t a problem"
