"Hi there
Independ of how big and deep is the hole as you can treat it with easy filler instead of thin layer of multifinish plaster but my suggestion is to have a 1 thin coat of multifinish plaster on the walls to make sure is done at proper way how should be!
Thanks and all the best!"

"If they are large cracks then dig them out to properly fill them all before plastering, or put a layer of bonding on then plaster"

"No just the part damaged you can put filler and sand it with sand paper"

"The best is to plaster whole wall, that's give best efekt. You can do bits that come off but that might cause future cracks."

"If the bits of the wall that came away are small and there are no significant damages, you may be able to repair them without needing to plaster the entire wall. You can use spackling or joint compound to fill in any holes or cracks, and then sand the repaired areas smooth before applying a new layer of wallpaper or paint."

"No you shouldn't. Fuller and skim is the way to go. Any wallpaper that pulls off plaster will need replacing"

"Strictly depend on the wall condition behind the wall paper.as well, depend on what finish and durability do you need.
Many sracks,halls..dents.plaster it all!
Worst case is knocking the hall wall down. Best case is just a thin film of filler.easyest and cheapest.dont forget to prepare the wall after removing the wallpaper
Thanx"
