How much to fix creaky stairs asap as carpet being fitted saturday next week and the noise is driving me mad?

Can be strictly this one. Although pretty simple it’s often hard to cure fully as the glue blocks under have shrunk and come away. Can you access the stairs from underneath? That’s the best way. Other than that it’s a trial and error screwing down from above to fix the loose treads and risers.

It all depends there's not really a Standard price you need to get under the stair possibly remove gyproc if it's fitted to the underside of stair
