Cost to convert lounge window to French doors

What would it cost to remove brickwork below current lounge window and insert standard UPVC french doors? Approximate space would be 2100mm X 2100mm.

"Its difficult to give an exact price for this but I would say between £2000 and £3000. I could give a more detailed quote if I had some more details and some photos. Also some sort of specification on door type would help in giving a more accurate price.

You would be looking in the region of £3000 to do the work itself and an additional £1000 for architectural drawings and building warrant fees.

"Hopefully there is a lintel in place above the windows if not this would have to priced into the overall cost. On average to remove brickwork and fit new doors at the sizes given the doors would need side frames. You'll be looking between £2000-£3000."
