Cost to change surface water drainage system

Roughly how much does it cost to create a soakaway for surface water, including any necessary work to change the existing drainage from channelling it into the main drain?

"If you are wanting to dis charge surface water into the foul system.

You will need to obtain permission from the local water authority for you area. I.e Thames Water.

They will ask that you have exhausted all other systems. Like soakaways. To install a soakaway you will need to carryout out roof calculations and perc test on the ground to establish the rate at which water could soakaway in water and how big the soakaway needs to be.

I would advise consulting with a specialist drainage company for further advice."
