Cost for planning drawing-window for the bathroom

I would like to build an internal bathroom which doesn't require planning permission but I would like to have a small window to ventilate which needs planning permission.

How much does it cost to do the drawing?

"Hello,
Thanks for your query.
It depends on the site address and site circumstances. Are you in a Conservation area? You might be able to do this work under permitted development rights. All structural alterations will require building regulations.
If you provide your full home address and a contact email/number I can do look into this for you and clarify if you need planning or just building regulations."

"All together i will come on site do a survey and do an existing and proposed set of plans and elevations and submit them to your local council. This will cost £500."
