Cleaning service while on holiday

Question

Hi there, I’m wondering whether cleaning services can clean while I’m away? Between work and collecting and dropping the kids to school, it’s very hard to arrange a time for a cleaner to come by that would suit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, we have clients that trust us to have keys so that we can carry out our clean for them whilst they are away from home. We supply proof of DBS certificates to all of our clients.

Yes, definitely they can if you give them a time frame when you are out and would be back a professional cleaner knows how long it will take him or her to clean 2 bed or 3 bed etc so she will be able to arrange a suitable time to come in and leave before you get back with the kids and meet your requirements.

You can book your cleaning company or individual trader to clean your property at any time to suit yourself and company availability and then arrange for keys, locking up, job details etc as long as you can trust the cleaning people if you are happy with it and they are happy then book them, we have customers who are at work, holiday, working away in a week, rental contract cleaning and sometimes this is better as they can just get on with the work and your not having to stay home when you can be out on your weekly routine

Yes they can do, should a good working relationship be established and you have the trust of course. Give a spare pair of keys and let the cleaner do their work! We carry out end-of-tenancy and deep cleans, so this is the arrangement we usually have with landlords and tenants.
