Hi, I’ve noticed a lot of condensation buildup on my internal windows. It looks as though some of the beading/strip where the glass panel meets the frame is worn. I have already sealed around the window frames but now think I may need advice on how to fix the issue on the panel?

Hello - we are hoping to buy a big 6 bed house in Millhouses Sheffield which needs a lot of TLC! The windows are wood and metal and are all rotted and rusted. It’s not a conservation area - roughly what is the range of costs to replace all of the windows- including 3 bay windows. The range of likely costs for this would be would very much appreciated.
