Obtaining repair cost estimate based on Level 2 survey report
I have a Level 2 survey report, with pictures, for a priority I'm trying to purchase. There are several R3 issues, namely cracked roof beams and cracks on the walls. How can I obtain an estimate of repair costs? And how much will getting that estimate cost on its own?
