What to do about wallpaper shading? How can this be fixed? What products, tools or equipment should I use and what exactly is involved in fixing this issue? Will I just need to replace the wallpaper? Wall with plaster-wallpaper several layers of paont
Hi, I’ve got walls in my house where the wallpaper has been put on the plaster without base coat. On top of the wallpaper there are several layers of different paints. Can I sand this down until the plaster, wash it with sugar soap and than apply a new layer of paint? Would that work?
