Constant noise in my house like a humming and vibration noise
I have a noise that is constant in my house. Almost like a humming, vibrating noise. I have tried turning the boiler off and the fridge freezer and even turned all the electric off but the noise is still there and I haven't a clue where its coming from. What kind of tradesman would drill a hole in the wall to fit a portable air con unit hose through?
I'm struggling to know where to turn on this one! I'd like to be able to vent the hoses of my two portable air con units (one upstairs, one downstairs) through the wall and outside of the house, rather than via the window. I'm struggling to know who to contact to get a quote / organise drilling said holes and fitting the hose! I really don't want to be messing around with anyone who doesn't know what they're doing, but have no idea what kind of tradesman might do this job? Air con companies only deal with installing proper fitted units (££££). Thanks for any advice!
