  • Pre-grown tall hedges for my garden

Can you have pre-grown tall hedges installed in your garden to make it more private? Will I need planning permission? And could this lead to a dispute with my neighbours?

Painting a Florence sunset on a garden wall

Are there rules about what designs and such you can paint on your own garden walls? I am a professional artist and would love to paint a beautiful sunset over Florence based on some photographs I took during a 2018 summer holiday. If I wanted to paint one of these pictures on my back garden wall could I do so? Would I need planning permission etc.? Thank you for your time!

Creative anniversary idea - need help

Hi! So I have this cute idea for my husband and I's 30th anniversary. He's out in work and I wanted to pay some professionals to arrive and arrange flowers in the garden to be set up and read 'Happy Anniversary' in the back garden so I can surprise him! The question I have is who could I pay to do this for me? I mean I suppose I could do it myself but seems like plenty of choreography and I'd rather people arrive with the flowers on the day while he's out of work rather than me sneaking in the flowers on other days and hiding them somewhere. Thanks and sorry for the long-winded question, hope you can help! :)
