  • Cutting back wisteria

What's the best time to cut back wisteria? I moved into a cottage last year where it grows over the front and I've no idea how you keep it in check. So far I've seen advice that says to cut it in summer, spring and winter. Which is best?

How to fix a weak DIY fence?

What can I do to protect the fencing in my back garden from windy weather? The fencing was installed about a year ago. We’ve already had one piece of fencing snap last winter and we want to avoid more damage this time round. Is there anything we can fit, preferably discreetly to the fencing to give it more durability?
