If I'm planning to have wood frame windows installed, would it be better to use a window company or a joiner?
I have a large five seater corner leather sofa, the two end sections are manual recliners and clip onto the main sofa. I want to remove two middle sections completely, leaving one central seat section and the two reclining corner sections. Am I able to do this?
Cost to Supply & Fit staircase, an internal door for under staircase toilet and put in engineered flooring for ground floor hallway/understair approx?
We require a new front door for out cottage and ideally would like one made from reclaimed timber (oak for preference). The door is a little lower than normal (about 172cm) and a little wider (about 92cm) and also has a curved top (about 10cm lower at the shoulder than in the middle). We can get it fitted but I'm struggling to find anyone who can make it for us as I lack the tools for the job. Does anyone have any information on joiners who could do the work or any places that I can search to find the help that I need. Thanks.
Is it possible to remove an old wooden sill underneath the window and replace it?

We have mould on both back and front door with water dripping from letterbox. The mould is all the way around the door and on the wood itself. We've cleaned it but want to stop it coming back. What could be the issue?
