We are buying a property in the kitchen is the top of the last few runs of the stairs its boxed off can anyone tell me if we can have the box removed and then made so we get extra room under it for a fridge freezer? and what fire regs we may need to meet

Dorma in bungalow
How much (a roundabouts )would it cost to have a dorma built in a bungalow, big enough for a double bedroom and a bathroom. (2nd fixing)
ceiling bungalow extension
Can we raise the ceiling so that it is pointed and put sky lights in a bungalow? The extension has a pointed roof already, so we wanted to raise the ceilings and add so sky lights but only in that section? Any idea if this can be done and a rough cost?
Kitchen changes
As part of our kitchen renovations I would like to knock through part of the hallway wall (the part that runs parallel to the kitchen) and add this space onto our small kitchen, moving the door further down the hallway. Is this possible? And how much are we look at roughly?

Single brick wall in a garage conversion
Good evening, I have a tandem garage that has previously been converted into a room at the bk of the garage but the outside wall with a door and window is only single skin each makes the room both cold and damp I'd like some advice as to how best proceed as its used as a bed room currently
Job not yet finished
The builder completed part of the work and we paid 60%. He said he had injury how do we proceed? How do we know if true. We still have lot of work left and no kitchen access
4m Small Extension
We are doing a small extension (4m2) and wondered if you can guide us on depth of footings necessary for a single storey extension, with flat roof, on a concrete slab. There are two perpendicular walls to build as it joins the main house. And would you suggest an expansion strip at the wall joint or Key in to existing brickwork? Thankyou for your help.
