I have noticed a line of bricks above the 2nd floor window are about 1cm from the layer directly above, s this requiring a lintel? Is this a big job, how long does it take. Should a bricklayer have special skills to do the work and guarantees and finally would it be best to have both windows on the same level have new lintels added.
