How long should it take to receive quotes?
If I were to hire bathroom specialists, how long should it take before I receive a quote? Would it be reasonable to expect it within 24 hours in most cases?
Tiling before remodelled bathroom fitting
Hi. We’re getting a new suite put in, but it’s not going in the same places as what’s being taken out. There’s going to be pipe work in all new places - where the Plumber decides is best. So, as we don’t know where the Plumbers will put the new pipe work . Do we tile now, or after fitting?

How to install a wet room?
The current ensuite is 8’6” x 4’10” with a tiled shower cubicle, WC, pedestal sink and a radiator. What is involved with converting the room into a wet room? I’m guessing the biggest job is removing the floor to replace with waterproof flooring and adding a drain. I’d like to put the rest of the suite back in after to save money. How much money should I be putting aside for this sort of job?

Shower replacement
There is already an electric shower on top of bath tub in my sons rented house. His tenant demands him a separate cubical shower and asking him to pay for it. Where does he stand for this legally?
