Can I replace my flat roof over winter?

I have a flat roof on the back of a second lock of flats. It is a cold roof and needs to be upgraded to a warm roof. Is this possible over winter?

Yes you can replace your roof over the winter but if there glues e t involved there may be a min temperature guidline for cureing

Good question 
You can replace it in winter but some systems are better than others at this time of year 
Edpm rubber roof system the glue can not be use below 5-6 degrees 
Grp is a very temperature sensitive
Torch on felt is best if done correctly it’s a fantastic product

i would not recommend doing it in the winter because of the frost
