Can I paint a small ‘football pitch’ with the use of white paint in my back garden?

Is there any way I could safely and legally paint a small ‘football pitch’ with the use of white paint in my back garden? It’s just for the kids. They’ve been nagging me to make Anfield in the back garden haha. So I said I’ll see what I can do.

Yes definitely a good idea white or coloured spray paint sold in most builders shops

Hi Jackie,

Although not reccomended, if it’s on natural turf then it may well have a detrimental effect on the grass itself potentially causing it to die, if it’s artificial turf then it may become messy,

There are paints available on the market specifically for natural & artificial turf

You can get line marking paint online from many Sports Marking companies. 7 a side is a good size.
