"It all depends on what you need and finishes of the wardrobe. It can cost between 100£ to 1000£. If you have had something on your mind and put it on paper and draw ot it will be easier for someone price it."

"Hello, it’s a tricky question to answer without specs of features and materials but I suggest you allow for a minimum of £1000 for a bespoke fitted wardrobe."

"It would cost roughly between £70 - £120 to assemble the unit based on those measurements and depending on the type of wardrobe material as working with glass/mirror doors can create additional risk."

"It does depend ultimately on what you wish to be included i.e. do you want shelving as well as hanging space.? This can vary the price & Cost. The other main matter affecting prices the type of wood used. - would obviously varies in cost according to type/ [MDF is always a cheaper option? but invariably usually needs painting]. Other considerations to keep in mind is regarding the doors that you would like. -patterned/ detailed or or plain doors?. Generally speaking though – a 4 foot width with 3 shelves on one side, plus top storage shelf, and full length hanging rail on other side. I would charge in the region of £450 to £650.. For an MDF built in cupboard of this description. [Painting would likely be extra]. Aspect shoot if detailed doors [i.e. inset panels?] This would increase the price of it more. If hardwood or oak - the price would then rise, -looking at approximately £750 to £1000. And unit made of pine, & including doors would come in somewhere in between those two price-wise. "Hi Rois,

Of course, variable dependent on final designs, though you'd be looking to come in at £825 - £950 for a well made (and to stay) wardrobe.

On the budget end, while not advised, you could squeeze that down to the £500's though if you're paying for professional labour time then it only makes sense to get the most value out of your budget so I'd recommend avoiding squeezing on materials.

Of course, on the other hand, you could easily hit the £1700 - £2000 range if for example you wanted a high end dresser/dressing room style fit with lighting, dresser and chair etc.

Sourcing reclaimed wood (you can get some really good quality sleepers, timber and even reusable stud beams sometimes for almost free, would also heavily reduce your cost given the market over the last couple years! If you were open to a more rustic look that is, or sanding and revamping!

Best,
Mac"
