Boiler LF Error Code

We had a radiator installed a few months ago (Oct 2024) and all was going well - over the past few days we’ve had a LF code come up on our boiler which seems to resolve itself after resetting the boiler. Today the boiler would not resolve the LF code after resetting the boiler until we have turned off the new radiator that was installed. Any ideas? Initially when the new radiator was installed we had a issue with the boiler itself after the system was bled (this was resolved after cycling the boiler a few times)

"You should contact the manufacturers helpline as the boiler is covered under warranty if it was new when installed."

"Hi it iain from helpful.plumbingb have aread of this . The L-F fault code on an Ideal Isar boiler indicates a flame loss issue. This can be caused by a number of things, including: An interruption in the gas supply, Faulty ignition leads, An obstructed burner, An issue with the flue, and Malfunctioning electronics.
Here are some things you can try:
Check that other gas appliances in your home are working
Reset your boiler
If your boiler is rumbling, there could be a blockage in your condensate pipe
Contact a qualified engineer"

"I assume its a Ideal isar . Could be a handful of things. Has been serviced on a regular basis? Could be blocked/frozen condensate. Ignition fault ,electrodes, flame rectification or circuit board which is common on these boilers, if old I would consider changing the boiler."

"It may be an issue with your condensate. Particularly if it’s routed externally. It could be frozen due to the weather. If you see a small plastic pipe coming out the wall externally where the boiler is, pour a kettle of hot water over the pipe to thaw it out. If not then it may be blocked internally or at the boiler condensate trap, both of which you will need a gas safe engineer to inspect and rectify."
