Best type of heat pump for a hybrid heating system?

For a hybrid heating system, is it better to have a ground source heat pump installed or an air source heat pump? What would you recommend?

"This depends on the size of the heat loss for the property. Air source heat pumps are cheaper and can be set up on bi valent point (depending on the heat loss)so the heat pump will switch off at a set outside weather temperature and the secondary boiler will then take over the heating"

"I would recommend a Valliant ASHP best around but it’s up to yourself, make sure you do your research."

"I’ve fitted a couple of Samsung recently for this specific purpose. But it’s always best to get a full ASHP specific survey carried out so that you’re definitely getting the right heat pump to suit your property."
