"Best thing I would suggest for air quality is LVT fitted with skirtings off. Skirting boards put on top after and sealed around edge . Or a good vinyl"

"I would recommend either wood or you can get some realistic (wood or stone) luxury vinyl tiles. This would really improve on odourless air quality, as well as be easy to keep clean. Win-win in my eyes."
