Don’t know what you mean by panel lights? Do you mean 600 x 600 ceiling tile lights? 
If so I wouldn’t touch Lap stuff, had too many problems in the past, Lucedo as the previous person said is not bad stuff, but best to to to a proper electrical wholesalers rather than a DIY place as they will normally recommend what they have the least returns with, Thorn are one of the best available from Edmundson Electrical
