bees in my chimney

Question

I have bees in my chimney and i contacted the bee association 2 and a half years ago when they swormed i was told to leave them if they are not causing harm. Well now they are, i have honey dripping through my fire place and a weired stain on my bedroom ceiling. I am propper freaking out as i do NOT have the money to put this right and if i had of addressed this years ago and NOT listened to the bee association then i probably would not be in this mess. Could someone please advise me what to do

Not good news for you I'm afraid. Most pest controllers won't kill honey bees because of the good that they do for the environment.  There are people that remove them but it's not cheap. Only advice I can give you is ring around your local pest controllers and see if one of them will do it for you. Sorry

Hi I fear this is now going to be a costly situation to resolve and has now gone beyond my expertise .
The honey needs to be removed  and I advise you to contact the British pest control association  they will put you in touch with a specialist to advise you further..

Contact them again and explain the situation and the hazard not only health wise but a fire risk , put the weight on to there shoulders as if this had been addressed earlier you wouldn't be in this situation.
Personally in this situation I would consider legal advice.
