It seems clear and easy. You may be given an approximate price, but it will not be realistic without an on-site inspection. Any additional costs that may arise should be anticipated and discussed. Is the drainage system sound, are there any leaks, will the floor tiles be replaced, etc. We do not undertake to give a quote regardless viewing of the bathroom.

It would cost in the region of £1800 - £2500 approximately . The price will depend on many factors for example:- 
Size of bathroom. 
New pipe work to feed the shower, depending on type. Single  or double feed. 
Tanking the shower area. 
Stud work if required. 
Tiling shower area. 
May require extra ventilation. 
Re-adjusting drainage to suit shower or complete new drainage. Depends on conditions of existing.
