It all depends on what prep work needs to be done and how big the bathroom is. Approx 2 days but possibly one. The decorator may supply the paint as they tend to go for the best products and not just the cheapest as this could cost you more. Price is around £100-£140 per day depending on area you live

This all depends on what condition the current walls and ceilings are in. Do they need attention prior to painting. 
Price can vary depending on the size of the bathroom and any surfaces that need to be protected and the type of paint used. Cheap paints may well be saving money but can take more coats to cover so labour prices will be effected
