Back boiler replacement

I’m looking to buy a property that had a back boiler and replacing this with a combi. The kitchen backs onto the fireplace so hoping it wouldn’t be too much of a job to relocate the boiler. The house has no gas heaters but obviously the house is connected to the gas through the back boiler.

I know that prices will vary; but is there a rough costing for this? It’s a three bed house.

Sadly I can’t get a gov grant as I don’t qualify. Any help will be appreciated in terms of potential cost to expect and also is it best to get radiators installs first and then replace boiler?

"Better off installing it all in 1 go or you'll have to pay someone again to reroute pipes to combi, your price will also depend on single or double panel radiator preference, and how many radiators you want, 3 to 5k"

"Hi unfortunately without seeing the job it would be impossible for anyone to quote. A rough ballpark figure for what your looking to have done would be anywhere from £4-£7k labour + materials
All depends on where the boilers being moved too.
What boiler your after and what warranty
Gas runs picking up hot and cold feeds ect"
