Are polished concrete floors waterproof?
Would I be correct in assuming that polished concrete floors are waterproof? Or am I misunderstanding how it works?

"Polished concrete floors are not waterproof. During the installation of the concrete floor, it is treated with a concrete densifier which fills in the aeration holes within the slab. The surface is then polished and a sealer applied in order to repel water and spills. Hope this helps."
