Are my foundations deep enough for a conservatory?

How can I tell if my foundations are deep enough to bear the additional load of a conservatory?

"Hi,
You have to dig a hole down along side of the footing until you reach the bottom of the concrete. I would do both sides at the front of the conservatory. You will need a min 1 meter deep of concrete. If you have trees near by it may be deeper."
