"Depending on the project and contract it varies on different companies. But if a job is subcontracted to a tradesman it is down to the company who you contracted to do the works."

"It all depends on the job and fault. If it's poor or mistaken work it's up to the company to replace or repair it. If it'd been mistreated it's up to the client"
